GOOD Goat’s Cheese with honey and truffle and lashings of red berries

Just when you think it’s safe to go back in(to) the kitchen, those Splendid people cook up something new. This time, they’ve trawled through my blog to find something I love to eat, in order to devise the recipe using GOOD Oil.

Here it is:

Thanks again for this Rax. Like I said, that goat’s cheese is going to have a GOOD time at the weekend.

Hey! This is a very come hither picture, may I say? It looks like you are wearing only a watch or a bracelet! This goat cheese thing is just a ruse!

Pat, it was one of my better days and have I not told you that I do my best cooking in the buff? Just kidding. There’s a (strapless) ballgown there somewhere.

    Sound delicious!

Then again, I’d eat an old boot if you covered it with truffles.

If you liked the Goat’s cheese, do try the Good Oil Quiche Lorraine: http://www.goodwebsite.co.uk/quichelorraine.html

Made this over the weekend with Good Oil Original for the other half and it’s amazingly creamy with a great nutty subtle undertone.
